Sorry for the confusion. In the 3D rendering of the Ewert atlas on Lead-DBS, there are labeling options of different nomenclatures like Hirai and Jones, but the name of a structure in the Ewert atlas is different depending on which nomenclature is used. For example 26.nii.gz is labeled differently depending on which nomenclature is used. Does that mean that these different nomenclatures have the same structures as the Ewert atlas but just labeled them different names? I am confused as to how different nomenclatures can be used with the Ewert atlas when each nomenclature is uniquely defined based on histochemical staining done on specific brain sections.
