Greetings to the group,
i am trying to normalize the preop and postop MRI. Using SPM12 SHOOT nonlinear. I get the dialog asking to generate some files needed to be done once. I click proceed and after a while i get the error message below. I am running a 16GB i7 machine. I am running matlab R2016a, SMP 12 and lead dbs latest version. any ideas?Segmenting preoperative version (Import to DARTEL-space)

there seems to be something off in this – likely due to SPM version compatibility. We’ll check and let you know.
In the meantime, maybe try normalization with ANTs (SyN low variance + subcortical refine protocol)?
This seems to be the best protocol currently implemented in Lead-DBS (at least for STN and GPi).Best, Andy

This has just been fixed. You may try the Lead menu
Install
->Install development version of Lead
or download the updates from here (and then extract the zip file into your Lead folder). Let me know if you still have problem.Best,

Sorry to know it still didn’t work for you. You may apply the hotfix again and see if it works now. I just updated the hotfix.
