ada.sevillamuParticipantFirst I run the step 3: Coregister postoperative Ct to preoperative MRI, and then, I run stel 4: Normliazation with ANTs for Linear coregistration method and ANTs SyN for Nonlinear coregistration method.
I would like to know if I can access to the results of the normalization ( the parameters and the warp image) to use them in other softwareAda
