Hi Ningfei,
Yes, it could control the position of the microelectrode, but how to add bubbles on to 3D scene? The keyboard shortcut like ‘space’,’m’ doesn’t work on 3D scene window. When I type space or m on 3d scene, it just jumps to matlab main window and types into command window. Did I do wrong?
Best,
HaofleetingParticipantThanks! It really helps me a lot!
fleetingParticipantHi Andy,
Sorry to trouble you again. You said the MER tools only react on main window, but I confused which one is main window, the matlab command window or the 3D scene or any other? My MER control interface is showed below:
When I clicked on the 3D scene and typed spacebar, it jumped to the matlab command window and typed a space and nothing changed on the 3D scene. Could you tell me how to use it?
Thanks!

HaofleetingParticipantHi Ningfei,
Thanks for your reply! I still have a question.
During process of coreg. and normalization the program generated a image called tp_glpostop_ct.nii, I wonder whether this should be tp_glRpostop_ct.nii? I see the manual says it first coreg. post-operative image to pre-operative image, and then coreg. to MNI space based the transformation parameters found when coreg. pre-operative to template. The tp_glpostop_ct.nii looks like be coregisterd from postop_ct to MNI space directly. Did I think correctly?
